Refund policy

I gladly accept returns, exchanges and cancellations.

Contact me within: 7 days of delivery
Return items back within: 14 days of delivery
Request a cancellation: Before item has dispatched "If personalised before it is made"

 

The following items can't be returned or exchanged

Because of the nature of these items, unless they arrive damaged or defective, I can't accept returns for:
  • Custom or personalised orders
  • Perishable products (like food or flowers)
  • Digital downloads
  • Intimate items (for health/hygiene reasons)
Conditions of return
Buyers are responsible for return postage costs. If the item is not returned in its original condition, the buyer is responsible for any loss in value.

Dummy clip policy:

We offer a 30-day exchange or refund for faulty dummy clips. However, please note that dummy clips do not come with a warranty due to general wear and tear. We recommend replacing the dummy clips every 4-6 months for hygiene and sanitary purposes. If you experience any issues with the dummy clip within the recommended replacement timeframe, please contact us and we will be happy to assist you with an exchange or refund.

Additionally, please be aware that improper use or cleaning of the dummy clip may void any exchange or refund options. To ensure the longevity of your dummy clip, please follow the care instructions provided and regularly inspect the clip for any signs of wear or damage.
